What it is

This service provides everything needed to carry out an RNA expression study (activated genes) on a clinical sample. It includes the following services: Shipping of the materials/kits needed to collect the sample to the clinic or the patient's home Shipping of the sample to the Dreamgenics laboratory Services contracted with Dreamgenics:RNA extraction and library preparation (MGIEasy Fast RNA Library with rRNA depletion) Sequencing on the DNBSEQ-G400 platform (CE-IVD) (PE150, 60M) Sequence alignment Download of the raw FASTQ results. These results could be analysed by professionals with experience in genomics. For an appropriate, individualised interpretation of immune parameters according to the characteristics of the sample and the patient, you should request study 301, which we offer in collaboration with Equipo Inmune SLP.
